How are the gift boxes delivered?
Delivering hampers Australia wide, our gift boxes are carefully sent via our preferred courier company. Please note that our couriers will require a signature upon delivery.
Out of stock items
If items are out of stock, we will replace your item with another item of similar or higher value.
Where are the gifts coming from?
All gifts are dispatched from our warehouse in Dandenong, Victoria
What is the lead time for customised gifts?
There is a 2 week lead time on all customised gifts after payment is received and artwork has been approved. Personalised ribbon and gift cards can take approximately 2 - 4 weeks for your first customised order and 5 - 7 days to arrive for subsequent orders. Minimum order quantities apply for customised gifts.
Can I include a personalised message?
For the Love of Fridays gift cards can include a personalised message at an additional cost. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I track my parcel?
We will send you the tracking details via text or email
Can my gift be delivered on a specific date?
We can request a date, however it is not guaranteed. Our courier delivers within 1-4 days from when the order is confirmed by us.
Our boxes are carefully packed to ensure you receive the gift in the same condition as it was when it left our warehouse. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com, if the item is incorrect or defective in any way, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damage or issues with your delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, with pictures sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. On approval of the pictures, we will be happy (where possible) to send a replacement of the gift (as purchased) and the damaged gift / item will be picked up.
Can prices change?
Prices are subject to change without notice. Customised quotes are valid for 7 days.
